I started going around Los Angeles' public hotspots displaying (or trying to) a piece of art to make a statement on workaholism and the need to find creative freedom. Some people work too hard and forget they're following a daily routine that is slowly killing them. BalloonHead represents that eager creative intensity that should be exploited but is often shunned and denied. Balloons are freedom, a rainbow of colours is the exit from a mundane world.
