Drawing done in entirely in blue pen. Not much to say about this except, I used a model for Harley's face angle and expression and did the Joker completely out of my mind. That blue pen was fun..

Usually when someone draws something and it is entirely blue like this, it makes it feel sad, well yours makes me feel like they are out at night (as usual) and are about to pull a really good prank/heist. Also gives it a psychotic feel. Love it!
